Critical Reflections from the project

The brain becomes stronger and more tolerant of stress and hardship through exercise. Even though playing team sports is the most common method for getting children to exercise regularly, all children truly need is some time spent outside being active.

Children that are resilient can overcome challenges they face as they mature. Stress cannot be avoided, but one of the greatest ways to deal with it is to have resilience.
